• Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the production of high-quality website content.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and developers to understand website requirements, target audience, and key messaging, and translate them into effective content strategies.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content creation strategies.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, blog articles, and other web copy.
• Ensure all website content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and follows best practices for readability, accessibility, and user experience.
• Develop content style guides and establish consistent tone and voice for all website content.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, technologies, and SEO practices to ensure the content aligns with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure content integrates seamlessly with the website layout and design.
• Conduct regular content audits to assess existing website content, identify gaps, and propose improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze website content performance metrics, such as bounce rates, time on page, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize future content strategies.

Requirements

• B.A. | M.A. in English Language and Literature from a prominent University (This is Important)
• At least 5-10 years of experience, writing SEO-based content like articles, blogs, classifieds, and Quora answers.
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO.
• Ability to develop Creative content.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
